2. 3yrs+ Quality related work experience and 1yr+ QMS experience
岗位描述：
1. Evaluates business need and risk, guides and/or conducts extensive studies or pilots that effectively develop and/or apply new elements or customer specific requirements to the quality management system. Serves as a key quality system representative, on both the Quality Management System Team and assigned area(s) to ensure compliance to new or current quality system requirements.
2. Leads and facilitates others through the problems solving process like 8D report to obtain deep root cause analysis and effective corrective actions to fulfill and enhance quality management system processes and maintain the integrity of our corrective action system.
3. Be an administer in the internal quality system audit process. Is a lead auditor for the process of quality system auditing and verification of corrective actions, either internally or externally. Uses auditing skills, up to date knowledge of primary quality system standards, lead assessor training, lead assessor planning and control of audit teams, timely reporting of findings & understanding of key control characteristics in the business. Performs consulting activities by recommending possible solutions to ensure compliance to stated requirements.
4. Be familiar with the TQMS and Timken Corp standard, and finish the Corp Standard and TQMS audit periodically. Report the findings and issues, and take corrective actions.
5. Focus on the process control, and finish the process control plan based on KBE system. Work together with Engineering Dept. to introduce new product fluently.
6. Ensure plant’s document and record control compliance, especially fully compliance of 10.68 Green Book’s requirement.
7. Related quality report. (Monthly NCM report/Dept. KPI report/ Monthly MRB report/ Monthly Group Meeting etc.)
8. other ad hoc assignment or projects as designated.
